Caterina Gabrielli (12 November 1730 – 16 February or 16 April 1796), born Caterina Fatta, was an Italian coloratura singer. She was the most important soprano of her age. A woman of great personal charm and dynamism, Charles Burney referred to her as "the most intelligent and best-bred virtuosa" that he had ever encountered. The excellence of her vocal artistry is reflected in the fact that she was able to secure long-term engagements in three of the most prestigious operatic centers in her day outside of Italy (Vienna, St. Petersburg, and London).

(fr) In vita era soprannominata La Coghetta perché figlia del cuoco del principe Gabrielli, dal quale ultimo il soprano trasse il nome d'arte (così come la sorella Francesca mezzosoprano e il fratello Antonio violinista) sostituendolo a quello della famiglia, Fatta, originaria della frazione Cacciano di Masserano (BI). Tornata in Italia apparve prima a Milano al Teatro Regio Ducale e poi a Padova, città in cui si perfezionò con il cantante castrato Gaetano Guadagni. Nel 1759 cantò a Parma nell'Ippolito ed Aricia di Tommaso Traetta e l'anno successivo fu nuovamente nella capitale austriaca. (it) Катарина Габриелли (итал.
