Camille du Locle (16 July 1832 – 9 October 1903) was a French theatre manager and a librettist. He was born in Orange, France. From 1862 he served as assistant to his father-in-law, Émile Perrin at the Paris Opéra, moving in 1870 to the Opéra-Comique (he was co-director (with Adolphe de Leuven) in the Opéra-Comique). According to Charles Pigot, Du Locle inspired the subject, words and music of Bizet's Djamileh. He was a pall-bearer at Bizet's funeral and made a speech at his interment at Père Lachaise. Du Locle died in Capri.

Du Locle wurde 1869 Assistent seines Schwiegervaters Emile Perin, der Direktor der Pariser Oper war. Von 1870 bis 1874 leitete er gemeinsam mit Adolphe de Leuven die Opéra-Comique. In dieser Funktion gab er die Komposition von Georges Bizets berühmtester Oper Carmen in Auftrag, die 1875 hier uraufgeführt wurde. 1876 zog sich du Locle nach Capri zurück, wo er sich 1880 die Villa La Certosella baute, die heute als Hotel genutzt wird.
