Evelyn Mandac (born August 16, 1945 in Malaybalay) is a soprano opera singer, orchestra soloist, recitalist and voice teacher from the Philippines. She is based in New York City. Mandac has premiered new works including world and American premieres of Thomas Pasatieri's Black Widow and Inez de Castro, Luciano Berio's Passagio, Hans Werner Henze's Bassarids, and Richard Bennett's Mines of Sulphur.
