  • Maartje Offers (Koudekerk aan den Rijn, 27 februari 1891 - Tholen, 28 januari 1944) was een Nederlands klassiek zangeres. Ze was de eerste Nederlandse zangeres die optrad in de Scala van Milaan. Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog weigerde ze om lid te worden van de Kultuurkamer. Dit betekende het einde van haar zangcarrière. In 1944 is ze overleden aan suikerziekte door het ontbreken van medicijnen en door de slechte voedingstoestand. (nl)
