Claudio Casciolini (9 November 1697 – 18 January 1760) was an Italian composer. His compositions include a three-part Missa pro defunctis, eight-part Zacchee festinans descende and a Missa brevissima. From April 1726 until his death he sang bass at the church of San Lorenzo in Damaso where he may also have been maestro di cappella.

Unter seinen Kompositionen befinden sich ein dreiteiliges Requiem, das achtstimmige Zacchee festinans descende und eine Missa brevissima. Von April 1726 bis zu seinem Tod sang er als Bass in der Kirche San Lorenzo in Damaso wo er möglicherweise auch "maestro di cappella" war. Er gilt als ein typischer Vertreter der römischen Polyphonie in der Tradition von Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina. Er schuf ausschließlich sakrale Werke, die meisten von ihnen sind rein vokal. (de)

W skład jego kompozycji wchodzą m.in. trzyczęściowa Missa pro defunctis (Requiem), ośmioczęściowy Zacchee festinans descende oraz Missa brevissima. Od kwietnia 1726 aż do śmierci śpiewał basem w kościele św. Wawrzyńca (San Lorenzo) w Damaso. Tam również prawdopodobnie pełnił funkcję maestro di cappella. Casciolini napisał również muzykę do Panis Angelicus, przedostatniej strofy hymnu Sacris solemniis św. Tomasza z Akwinu. Jest to utwór polifoniczny na cztery głosy: sopran, alt, tenor i bas. (pl)
